A new and lively date night spot

My wife and I are looking for a new date night spot on a Tuesday or Wednesday night. We are looking for more than candle light dinner. She and I are very outgoing people so we are looking for a place that has great food, selection of drinks, fun people, and some form of entertainment. Any suggestions?
